with occasional classes & workshops when stated.

NB - Events without specific classes, are unsuitable for first time beginners.

Our events listed below, are held (unless otherwise notified) 

at Berkhamsted Town Hall, 196 High St, Berkhamsted, Herts, HP4 3AP 

For health and safety reasons, we no longer supply plastic /  disposible cups.

Please bring your own resuable drinking container /

coffee cup / water bottles etc, to enable you

to enjoy any complimentary tea / coffee / water that is available.

NB: Polite notices.  

These halls have excellent floors and prohibit the use of talc 

or any other substance for use,  or on dance shoes, in the dancing areas/floors,  as well as anywhere in the building. 

Aerial type / lift dance moves, are not permitted. 

Appropriate dance shoes / sensible footwear are required,

eg Flip flops, & Stilleto heels are not permitted on the dancefloors for safety and potential damage reasons.

We ask all dancers to respect other dancers'  safety & personal space;  also to respect the buildings' facilities / rules etc, while dancing with us.

SEPTEMBER

TBC - Modern & Smooth Jive Dance

8pm - Midnight

A popular monthly dance with mainly modern jive music and some smooth tunes too. Friendly crowd with sensible music across the board

Friday 20th Sept, The EDGE,

830pm - 0030am. £12 entry, please pay on the door

This highly respected, event gives you some unique tunes like no other, from resident & guest djs. There's no high pace thud thud.

The music caters for a mixture of genres with medium / slower tempos and is ideal for smooth modern jive, bluesy/mod blues, musicality/expressive dancing.



OCTOBER

TBC - Modern Jive Dance

Occasional - Sunday Chill in Puttenham Village, near Tring,

or if full, please park in the local street/s with consideration for others.

We return to the lovely Cecila Hall in Puttenham, for an evening of music and dance that's both mellow, yet uplifting!

Mainly medium tempo tunes amongst others, to suit the mood of the evening, along with the occasional surprise.
